Hello!! I’m the mom behind 'Turn on the Sunny'. I know what it’s like to have a never-ending to-do list, to feel pulled in a hundred different directions, and to wonder how in the world to fit it all in. Balancing family, work, and everything else isn’t easy — but I’ve learned that when I make time for my fitness, everything else falls into place.

For me, prioritizing health and getting in that workout isn’t just about staying in shape. It’s about being the best mom I can be, about having the energy to keep up with my kids, and about showing them that taking care of yourself is important. I want my little ones to see that fitness can be fun, that it’s okay to make time for myself, and that lifting weights isn’t just about muscles — it’s about building strength inside and out.

I started 'Turn on the Sunny' because I wanted to create a space for moms like me — moms who love lifting, who want to spread happiness, and who believe that being healthy isn’t just about how you look, but how you feel. I know the struggle of trying to balance it all, of fitting in a workout when you’re already stretched thin, but I also know the joy that comes from finding those moments for yourself and feeling strong, happy, and alive.

'Turn on the Sunny' is my way of sharing that joy, spreading a little extra light, and reminding all of us that we’re in this together. It’s about celebrating the small wins, the times you show up when you don’t feel like it, and the laughter that comes when you’ve hit your stride.
